Driving into the city today, doing 65 to 70 mph on the Sprain Brook - a full 10 to 15 miles an hour over the speed limit - and being passed repeatedly as if I was crawling along a good 10 to 15 mph below the speed limit. I mean women in ’burb boxes were passing me, why don’t they just change it?
